Fiddler on the Roof – Part 1

Fiddler on the Roof endures as one of the landmark musicals of all time. Michael Brown’s opening production for the field starts with a flute on the roof, joined shortly by a solo clarinet. After a quick build to a climax, Matchmaker is treated creatively in 4/4 and a driving tempo. With plenty of variety and powerful ensemble scoring, this is a perfect way to open a show.
