Sinfonietta No. 3

for String Orchestra
Harald Genzmer, born in 1909, wrote his often-played Sinfonietta for chamber orchestra in 1953. His new 3rd Sinfonietta (2002) is also aimed at amateur orchestras, though it offers worthwhile challenges for professional string orchestras, too.
