The work was dedicated to the Hungarian composer, ethnomusicologist and teacher Jeno Takács (1902-2005) for his 100th birthday. The hitherto unpublished short piece will be premiered by the Staatskapelle Dresden on 22 September 2015 in Dresden under the direction of Alessandro Marchi.
