The composer Aldwyn Roberts (April 18, 1922–February 11, 2000), better known by the stage name Lord Kitchener (or “Kitch”), was one of the most internationally famous calypsonians. This composition was the winner of the 1976 Carnival Road March. This tune is arranged for the developing and professional-level band for Lead, Double Tenor, Double Second, Cello/Guitar, Bass Pans, Bass Guitar (optional), and Drumset by Lisa Rogers Steel drum bands are becoming increasingly more common in school and community music programs.
