A Christmas Hymn

Based upon the traditional carol “Away in a Manger,” this setting, subtitled “Till Morning Is Nigh,” explores contemporary harmonies and textures. The carol is structured in 4/4 time as opposed to the customary 3/4 time, which allows the listener to enjoy the melody from a totally new perspective. This innovative arrangement will complete any holiday program.
