R’n’funk Session (drums)

R N Funk Session is a volume that will help you to get ready to be involve in a collective performance. On the music of Lionel Melot, it was composed by Jacky Bourbasquet and Claude Gastaldin and features a CD to provide an audio backup. It includes 25 pieces with the following genres: Funk, West Coast, Funk 80 s, Slow Funk and R N Funk 5/4 and 7/4. It contains pieces for all levels, from beginners to advanced players. The CD includes each title, at different tempi according to each level, to get the players used to it. R N Funk Session is part of a series of books including the ‘Studio Session 1 & 2’, the ‘Stage Session 1 & 2’ and the ‘R N B Session’ among others. The co-writers, Jacky Bourbasquet and Claude Gastaldin are professional Drummers and/or professors who believe in progressive methods to be able to gain in skills and technique.
