American Games describes an Englishman’s view of American life – youth and vigour, city and small-town life, sporting events and outdoor parades. It was commissioned by the BBC and first performed on 23rd July 1991 at a BBC Promenade Concert at the Royal Albert Hall.Band Grade 5/6. Duration 23 minutes.
