Arranged for the trumpet duo Barbara Butler and Charles Geyer, this beautifully exciting setting utilizes excerpts from Georges Bizet’s opera Carmen. It calls for the soloists to play trumpet, flugelhorn and piccolo but may be performed with just trumpet. May be performed in its entirety or in individual compositional sections.
