Golden Pass

The Golden Pass is a train line in the Swiss Alps that leads from Montreux, on Lake Geneva, to Lucerne in central Switzerland. This composition echoes the impressions of the passengers who watch the diversity of the landscape as they make this journey: the green meadows full of grazing cows and traditional chalets, the beautiful mountain lakes, the waterfalls and the mountain tops, including Brünig Pass.
