Intermezzo

Voicing a melody over a broken triad and using the pedal throughout are two of the techniques needed to play this piece beautifully. In the key of C Major with the second theme in A minor, the LH uses intervals of 5ths-8ths while the RH plays mostly scales and arpeggios while creating a lyrical line.
