L’shana Haba’a

Two exquisite Jewish folk melodies, both with the same lyrics and title, are combined into an outstanding medley for strings. With familiar folk scale patterns, both tunes are set in minor modes – the first is joyful, but relaxed, and the second at a brisk tempo like a hora.
