He sports an attractive white wig and carries a quill pen so he’s ready at any moment to jot down his musical inspirations. He’s a walking encyclopedia of musical history and is a friendly advisor to all his toy friends. Pachelbel Penguin is a replica of the character first introduced in Lesson Book 2.
