Robert Washburn’s PARTITA was originally written for the Crane Wind Ensemble of the State University of New York at Potsdam. In PARTITA II, Washburn has transposed to a lower key, reduced range demands and made greater use of doubling to make this classic work more accessible to most performing bands. PARTITA II works!
