Prelude, Chorale and Fugue

César Franck’s Prelude, Chorale and Fugue M. 21 is an 18-minute solo piano work composed in 1884. Its cyclic structure sees the music of the Prelude and Chorale recalled in the final Fugue. Classic Edition Peters volume edited by the great German pianist (and pupil of Liszt) Emil von Sauer.
