Young performers will love this duet, in which you can hear the “meows” in a nicely laid-out arrangement which is easy to read, in C Major, 3/4 time. The performers will be using a legato touch, chromaticism, and accidentals, and a good balance of dynamics between the 2 parts. The middle section features solo playing by the Secondo part, which is important in a duet arrangement to achieve a good balance of performance “duties.”
